Job Context

• To provide specialized support and technical analysis for project based activities that effectively contribute capacity support and advocacy to scale up qualitative measure of operational mobilization. In addition have to comply with each micro segment of Idea & Design, Engineering & Construction issue to enhance productivity & ensure excellence.
• Probation Period: 03 (Six) Months

Job Description / Responsibility

• Analysis & Design of R.C.C and relevant steel structure.
• Should have good practice on using structural design Software like CAD, Staad Pro , E-TABS.
• Must have sound Knowledge on BNBC, ACI code & other relevant code.
• Leading project team efficiently.
• Must be technically & Managerial skilled on construction of building.
• Coordinating with clients, landowners and a variety of professionals including architects & subcontractors.
• Capability to check and follow up sites and having ability to procedure BOQ's and estimates.
• Establish a proper reporting system from project staff every month.
• Close contact with design or concern architect & project in charge to ensure proper execution.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new trends.
• Depth knowledge about Project management, Technology, Quality, Health & safety measures.
• Perform any other job assigned by the management as & when required.

Completion Graduation/Post Graduation level in related functional area.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 08 Years in relevant field/Industry
• Chief engineers must show evidence of excellent problem solving skills as well as keen analytical abilities.
• They must have strong leadership qualities, as well as excellent communication skills.
• They should be able to negotiate with team members.
• The resumes of these professionals should reflect an understanding of new technologies and cutting edge methods in the field.
• Excellent written and oral/communications skills in both English and Bangla.
• Interpersonal skills, consistency in follow-up, ability to work with diverse teams, capability to provide advice and independent ability to facilitate coordinated planning and subsequent follow-up with implementation, Design & construction team.

Additional Requirements

• 8 -10 years working experience in R.C.C and relevant steel structure design.
• Experience in CAD, Staad Pro, E-TABS , SAFE , SAP etc.
